Production Planner

If you are a diligent Production Planning professional who is looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you based in Eger, HU! This position will lead in the development of daily production scheduling that meets the company's safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives. The Production Planner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between customer demand and production capabilities.

Location: Eger (on-site)
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Scheduling the production of customer requests in Automotive Business
• Scheduling stock levels in the central warehouse
• Handling customer requests and urgencies
• Short-term capacity planning
• Daily direct customer contact 
• Close daily collaboration with partner departments

    For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Business logistics (purchasing, customer relations, production planning) in a multinational environment
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of MS Office software package, sophisticated proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
• Confident use of Hungarian and English in writing and speaking
• Our ideal candidate is agile, teammate, highly flexible, able to handle conflict and complexity

  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with EDI
• Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• In addition to Hungarian and English, communication skills in another foreign language
