We are looking for IT/Office Coordinator to work onsite at San Diego, CA, US

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all servers, labs, and hardware for the team.

2. Assist with on-site software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues.

3. Process all hardware needs, prepare shipments, and schedule postal pickups

4. Track inventory; check in and out all devices.

5. Respond to all incoming calls, voicemails, emails from team, ideally within the same day. Communicate with team regarding the status of their issues.

6. Maintain device labs

7. Collect devices and equipment from team members that exit.

8. Coordinate new device purchases

10. Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

11. Supply ordering which will require a general understanding of the office and supplies that are needed.

12. Coordinate with property manager for facility needs.

13. Perform a variety of team-related administrative tasks.

14. Collaborate with the Recruitment and the HR team.

15. Provide general support to visitors & newly on-site team.

Requirements

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

1. A degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical support experience is highly preferred.

2. Knowledge of IP-based protocols, hardware, and networking systems a must.

3. Good time management skills.

4. Good interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to think critically.

8. Ability to multitask
