Associate CNO Developer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associate CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists in designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks to support troubleshooting or providing solutions.
• Communicate status with more senior staff and customers.
• Continuously researches and improves their proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network development.
• Takes direction from more senior personnel.
• Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 0+ years, OR a PhD with 0 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in IT-related discipline
• 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
