Chargeback Lead (Temp to Hire)

Position Summary:

Lead position in the Chargeback Department. This position will make sure that all chargebacks are processed correctly and on time according to Chargeback Department policies. 

Essential Job Functions:

 

Title:   Job Description – Chargeback Lead  

•  Process Claims Overflow (as claims rep)
• Review and post claims
• Claims Questions from Reps
• Train new reps
• Power BI: WF Status Report download & replace Chargeback notes
• Power BI: Amazon Violations: Download penalty report from Amazon portal
• Power BI: Amazon Violations: Archive CS notes & replace file
• SAP testing
• SOP's: Coordinate from doers of task & develop SOP.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Manager and Chargeback Supervisor with special projects and research, as needed.
• Additional duties to be assigned, as needed.

Position Requirements:

•   Experience / skills:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel
  • High school diploma is required
  • Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good Communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up; and problem solve
  • Good verbal and Written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
  • Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
  • Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented)
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions
  • Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize.

   

  Position hourly  pay Ratee $25.00
