SEEKING AN AIRPORT TERMINAL GREETER FOR FAST PARK & RELAX

Position Summary Details: The Terminal Greeter provides assistance and information to customers. 

Earn $15.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

  • Sunday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm

What you will do:

  • Acts as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving customers.
  • Greet and engage with passengers in the terminal area.
  • Line customers up to ensure they board the bus in an orderly fashion.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Experience in hospitality, retail or food service industry

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maps and directions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of parking procedures (preferred).
- Ability to operate two-way radios and other communication equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
