Product Designer

We seek a talented and passionate Product Designer with a keen understanding of the FinTech industry. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that solve complex financial challenges. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and a strong command of design tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into compelling designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our product suite.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints, ensuring the best possible user experience.
• Lead user testing initiatives, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and FinTech innovations to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven 4+ experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role, ideally in the FinTech industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in designing for mobile and web platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices for responsive design.
