Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Milpitas, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial planning and analysis processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting & data modeling (Price, Volume, Mix, and Cost) to support business planning and forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of long-term financial projections and scenario analyses
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial optimization
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's financial strategies remain competitive
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
