  • Ensure Compliance and Usability: Balance regulatory requirements with usability and speed, designing minimal-friction user experiences and validating with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate and Influence: Present product updates, strategic plans, and key metrics to stakeholders and company leadership, advocating for the customer and the business throughout the product lifecycle.

What you will bring:

  • Precision Agronomy Expertise: 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in fertility planning, seeding strategies, nitrogen modeling, crop planning, field trials, and custom application processes.

  • Partner Network: Established relationships with key equipment and data partners relevant to the precision agronomy ecosystem (e.g., John Deere, Climate, or similar), with a proven ability to accelerate collaboration and feature delivery.
  • Field Enablement & Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading field enablement and change management initiatives across diverse regions, supporting adoption of new digital tools and practices.
  • Communication & Documentation: Exceptional ability to produce clear, actionable documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
