People Journey Analyst

Right now, we are looking for a People Journey Analyst to join our team!

 

You will get the chance to:

• Maintain up-to-date employee records.
• New employees onboarding: prepare & sign the hiring documents.
• Prepare work contracts, addendums, work contract terminations and other relevant documents.
• Provide certificates on employee’s request (medical, salary, or other types of certificates).
• Keep up-to-date internal tools with employee data.
• Assist payroll department by providing monthly relevant employee information (e.g. monthly timesheet, leaves of absence, sick days, new employees, leavers, change of working hours, salary bank accounts or any other employment issue).
• Be the first point of contact for employees on HR related queries.
• Communicate with external partners like health insurance and other benefits vendors.
• Employee benefit administration: health insurance, meal vouchers, sport.
• Schedule employees annual physical exam.
• Comply with all required policies & local labor law.
• Represent the company in relation with Labor Office.
• Suggest improvements to the internal HR processes.
