R&D Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious R&D Project Manager to join our growing team. As a R&D Project Manager, you'll be planning and executing multiple projects including technical infrastructure implementations. You’ll work closely with R&D, Product Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure a high standard of project execution and on-time delivery.

You’re a great multi-tasker with extraordinary communication skills, highly detail-oriented with the ability to look for important trends that can surface potential issues before they arise in a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with R&D, Product Management, Operations and other functional teams in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Lead the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to planning, development, testing and deployment, to ensure successful execution and delivery of new features.
• Be responsible for the complex deliverables that involve many departments, manage project plans, dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Introduce workflow improvements and provide tools and actions to enable end-to-end value deliveries in a constantly changing Agile environment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. 
• Apply effective communication and synchronization across technical and business function teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager in high-tech.
• Proven experience in leading complex End-to-End crossed teams projects.
• Thorough understanding of R&D processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Scrum/agile development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and other software project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, all while delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to motivate direct and indirect employees and business partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
