Drupal Development Lead

The work:
Seeking an O&M and Enhancements Drupal Tech lead to provide guidance on dev team’s work process, best practices, technical solution quality, deliverables, overarching architecture. This includes Government Technical project interface providing recommendations to support & manage project decisions. Lead concurrent O&M/enhancement teams to meet technical requirements with right resource mix, within budget. Plan, coordinate, manage development team from initial requirement gathering to product deployment.
Here's what you need:
5+ yrs exp with Drupal 8-10+ site building/development/O&M; managing Agile projects with Drupal 8-10+ & decoupled Drupal
4+ yrs managing web-based app in prod & leading coordination of app defect or infrastructure issue resolution
3+ yrs managing O&M team with monthly prod deployments, coordinating with system owners/other stakeholders/vendors
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process to include familiarity with gov’t security standards (NIST controls) and executing/managing tasks for lifecycle phases (federal governance process preferred).
Bonus points:
Working knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery/AJAX, Symfony, TWIG, REST, JSON, Docker, GitLab
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $111,400 - $213,600
Colorado: $111,400 - $184,300
New York: $103,200 - $213,600
Washington: $118,700 - $196,400
