We are looking for a part-time, project-based Project Manager to provide as needed support on a mortgage services initiative. This role will require coordinating with the lead project manager and extended team, monitoring project status, and reporting on progress to ensure the teams complete engagements as efficiently and promptly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Work on multi-disciplinary projects supporting Mortgage Servicing service areas.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Understand scope of projects and deadlines for successful execution.
- Coordinate project activity across multiple work streams.
- Maintain project control systems & software including setting up and maintaining project data.
- Track project budgets and resources.
- Manage staff assignments and staff availability.
- Manage client interactions related to deliverable and schedule, responsible for provision of contractual deliverables.
- Schedule, lead, and document client discussions and status meetings.
- Closely manage issue and risk tracking, management, and reporting.
- Gather and analyze information from internal and external sources to prepare Weekly/Monthly Project Reports, including summary of status, action items, financials, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent current professional experience.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of hands on project management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally as part of a team servicing an external client.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under specific time constraints.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Word a plus, but not an essential.
Pay Range$65—$85 USD
