As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in the Operations GenAI space, you will be leading an effort to use Generative AI to transform how we handle customer calls. You’ll work with a large cross-functional team, all the way from research to proposing solutions and delivering. The ideal candidate for this role has knowledge and experience with developing solutions centered around language research, NLP methods, Generative AI and designing AI agents. You have both a deep technical understanding of the rapidly developing state of language models and a passion to bring them to life in ways that improves the associate and customer experience. You are able to align a large group of stakeholders, and are comfortable speaking with senior leaders to help educate and advocate for these next generation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in the Operations GenAI space, you will be working on an effort to use Agentic AI to help transform how we handle customer calls. You’ll work with a large cross-functional team, all the way from research to proposing solutions and delivering. The ideal candidate for this role has knowledge and experience with Generative and Agentic AI and has experience navigating a large group of stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical understanding and experience with Generative and Agentic AI
Experience aligning a large group of cross-functional stakeholders toward solutions
Ability to make critical tradeoffs and communicate recommendations

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
