Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training subordinates and performance appraisal.
• Responsible for handling abnormal production in workshop to ensure product quality.
• Be responsible for the analysis and handling of customer complaints, follow-up and rectification, and prepare 8D reports.
• Responsible for revising the product inspection operation instructions.
• Responsible for the training of quality knowledge and awareness of employees. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics/Mold Design and Manufacture/Material Application.
• More than eight years of quality management experience, more than three years of middle management experience.
• Familiar with five tools of quality management and seven techniques of QC.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Positive and optimistic, good communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, good English skill.
