- Data Preparation – Creating reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Reception Duties – Greeting and directing visitors, drivers, clients, and vendors.
- Supporting Management – Assisting with submitting required reports to the corporate office and client.
- Office Supply Management – Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Managing Office Communications – Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Dispatching Support (2–3 days per week) – Assisting with assigning routes, communicating with drivers, monitoring trip progress, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining Confidentiality – Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- All Other Duties as Needed – Flexibly assisting with any additional tasks required to support the operations of the office and team.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Data entry and administrative experience.
- Computer Literate; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal, communication skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
