Reception teacher responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative lessons to meet the needs of students
• Foster and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• Attend and participate in meetings and professional development sessions
• Follow school policies and procedures as required

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status
• Good knowledge of the primary school curriculum
• Experience teaching Reception or Early Years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Passion for teaching and willingness to go above and beyond for students
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
