THE JOB:

As a Busser and Runner at Pinky Ring and The Vault, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service in a fast-paced, exciting sports bar. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the lounge.

THE STARTING RATE:  $14.4693 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage station

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment

• Maintain tidy floors by promptly removing debris and spills

• Perform sweeping and mopping tasks and dispose of garbage as necessary according to property guidelines

• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels at the beverage station

• Sanitize tables and chairs to uphold cleanliness standards

• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and restock the storeroom

• Assist in proper stock rotation procedures

• Execute food running duties as requested by the department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year previous experience as a Busser or Food Runner in a high-volume setting

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Work varied on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
