Thermal Management Modules Intern - Jan-Apr 2025

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with product engineering to gain knowledge in the field of e-mobility and get insight into MAHLE’s product development process and products
• Support product engineering for existing series projects but also support the development of new concepts for heat exchangers
• Support prototype builds and validation
• Working with test lab on ongoing projects, plan, schedule, track and complete testing and documentation for heat exchanger validation
• Perform CFD simulations on current heat exchanger developments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Currently enrolled at an accredidated 4 year university
• Major: Mechanical Engineering 
• Class Standing: Sophomore or higher preferred 
• Skills: MS Office, CAD skills preferred, background in Thermodynamics and fluid mechanics desired
• Experience: previous internship experienced preffered, but not manadatory
