Job Title: .Net Solution Architect

Location: San Diego, California (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/Week)

Duration: Full-Time Position

Salary Range: $130-150K/Year Plus Benefits

Preferably looking for 12+ years of experience candidate with insurance domain experience.

Requirements

Experience

• Solution Architecture experience in Insurance Domain (Duckcreek, Guidewire)
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
• 5+ years development/design experience in .NET, .Net core, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, ASP.NET Web Forms.
• 2+ years in design and building SPA applications using AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, GraphQL.
• 5+ years professional development experience with SQL using Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Proven expertise in enterprise-grade, Internet-facing web applications for business users (e.g.: security, RESTful Web API design, SOAP API, HTTP in-depth, test automation in the browser)
• Responsive user interface design and development expertise.
• Experience Configuring IIS
• Experience in Azure DevOps practices
• Experience working in the insurance industry P&C (property and casualty) sector is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web Forms development and any Content Management System is a plus
• Experience developing mobile solutions for IOS, and Android mobile devices is a plus.
• Experience developing and integrating web sites with various social media API is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
• Knowledge of Claims Center, Policy Decision.

Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Advanced knowledge of SOA principles, design patterns, implementation methodologies, and related tools.
• Strong Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies required.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development processes, projects and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of database design and data modeling.
• Knowledge of enterprise portal design concepts such as integration, security, collaboration, personalization, SSO, taxonomy classification and federation.
• Strong knowledge of Unit testing frameworks and SOAPUI/ReadyAPI/Postman.

Additional Remarks

• Candidate "Good to have" knowledge of Claims Center, Policy Decision.
• Person needs to visit office 3 days per week.
