Job Description
Manage Inbound Email Inquiries, and respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle requests for additional services such as seat release, cancellation, baggage, seats, meals, and sports equipment.
Process requests related to refunds, flight changes, and credit account creation.
Ensure accurate and timely upload of passenger name lists for group bookings and coordinate customer requests for flight changes.
Create bookings based on valid Flight Requests (FR) received from agents or customers.
Submit fare override requests to RRC and follow up on their status, and confirm bookings and communicate details to agents.
Maintain and update the group desk audit report regularly to ensure accuracy.
Oversee the collection of payments including Booking Service Fees (BSF), deposits, and full payments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in flight ticket reservation, customer services, call center, or any relevant.
Having experience in the airline/aviation industry is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good command skills in English
Proficient in computer literacy and handling booking systems and related software.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
