Job Description

• You will be responsible for posting all types of business transactions, including incoming and outgoing invoices and bank postings
• The booking of business premises is also part of your area of responsibility
• The valuation and posting of fixed assets is just as much a part of your tasks as the maintenance of OP-managed accounts
• You will also prepare VAT returns and monthly and annual financial statements
• Reporting to authorities and preparing payment runs complete your job profile

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification and already have some professional experience in a comparable position
• You are very familiar with common MS Office programs and ideally you have already gained some experience with SAP
• It is important to you to work independently and to complete tasks and topics correctly and on time
