Overview

This role is for DSP division under Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) department serving Commercial Avionics as well as Business Aircraft operations. It involves leading a project and collaborate with leaders/counterparts to develop and execute projects, have broad knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer requirements, project schedule and costs.

Education & Experience:

• 18+ years of CNS Navigation Domain Expertise.

• Masters/PhD in Signal Processing

Skills we value:

• Knowledge of the most recent advancements in industry committees, AI/ML, navigation systems, etc.

• Comprehending the principles of state estimation and location in aeronautical navigation

• familiarity with system requirements Verification and validation of the system architecture overall

• supporting certification and creating system-level artefacts in defiance of industry standards and advice

• Hardware (GNSS simulators, receivers, spectrum analyzers, noise boxes, oscilloscopes, etc.) hands-on experience is required.

• Having knowledge of scripting techniques and embedded language programming is advantageous. knowledge of the system components pertaining to positioning and navigation-related RFI mitigation and detection

• Removal of system-level needs and division of requirements into high- and low-level categories based on client requirements

Qualifications you must have:

• RF Systems Engineering expertise

• Design, development, and/or verification experience in the creation of navigation systems and subsystems

• familiarity with various navigation products, including as DME, ADF, radio altimeters, and multi-mode receivers
