Journey that awaits you
We are excited to welcome a Project Manager to our growing international NetSuite consultancy team. In this role, you’ll join a dedicated group of eight experienced Project Managers, all supported by our PM Vertical Leader, to whom you will report directly.
At Staria, you’ll play a vital part in driving customer success by managing ERP implementation projects alongside our talented consulting team. You’ll lead your project teams with a hands-on approach, providing support in planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk management throughout each project’s lifecycle.
As Europe’s leading NetSuite Partner, we deliver a wide variety of projects across four key verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology. Our Project Managers typically oversee 3–6 projects at a time, depending on the size and complexity of each assignment.
In practice you will:
- Project management: Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for delivering project KPIs such as project budget, profitability, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting team, to support the high growth ambitions of Staria.
- Mentorship: You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, supporting their growth in project management and fostering their professional development. You will lead by example, providing coaching, feedback, and sharing best practices to help elevate the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Project governance: Take an active role in project governance by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices. You will act as a key point of contact for governance-related matters, ensuring compliance with established processes and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of project delivery. Additionally, you will support the PM Vertical Leader in overseeing project progress and will be responsible for delegating and monitoring development projects and initiatives within your team.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date, but we hope you can join us as soon as possible! While the role is primarily remote, occasional on-site visits to client premises may be required, typically during Pre-sales, at the Kick-off of new projects and/or to support functional consultants when needed.
