Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: 

• Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home. 

• Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking. 

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes. 

• Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols. 
  Skilled Nursing and Medical Home Care Services
  With oversight from your local Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is expected to perform in-home health assessments and a wide range of home care services that meet either short-term or ongoing medical needs. These include services may include* but are not limited to:

  • Blood sugar testing
  • Acute or chronic disease management
  • Physical and occupational therapy
  • Home infusion therapy
  • Private duty nursing hospice assistance
  • Blood draws and injections
  • Medication setup, administration and oversight
  • Ostomy and urinary catheter maintenance
  • Monitor and assess vital signs
  • Wound care

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: 

• An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided 

• Minimum of (1) year nursing experience 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills 

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times 

• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray 

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull 

• Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
