The Impact You’ll Make

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain will lead a cross-functional integrated product team to ensure 24/7 production output based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and drive business processes that enable effective prioritization that ensure customer solutions.
• Strategic focus on increasing productivity through support and leadership of key performance indicators (KPIs) relative to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement
• Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports to enable actionable execution of production priorities
• Plan or administer budgetary recommendations, control group level expenditures, and direct/indirect labor staffing levels
• Manage supplier relationships to deliver exceptional value
• Represents supplier business management on a cross-functional commodity team that focuses on supply challenges and ensures internal/external customer needs are satisfied.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the WFE industry.
• Experience in a leadership role within a global matrix managed multi-site company with manufacturing and supplier operations spread over multiple continents with at least $1 billion in revenue.
• Experience interfacing with customers and suppliers and managing these relationships on product issue identification, problem resolution and total experience.
• Demonstrated business orientation and proactive leadership that identifies ad anticipates problems, issues, and risks to a projected outcome and manages those issue in advance of a critical situation.
• Executive presentation skills for internal and external executive presentations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
