We’re inviting exceptional PTs to join our “Elite” team — a special group of therapists delivering 20 or more visits per week to patients in their homes in San Jose, CA and nearby areas. As a Luna Elite therapist, you will receive competitive pay and great incentives... which include a $3,000 signing bonus for higher patient volumes! This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health. Job Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
