About the Role

As a DECYP Senior Speech and Language Pathologist you will:

  • lead a team of speech and language pathologists providing professional advice and clinical services to support students and families.
  • Diagnose and report on communication and swallowing disorders, organise and implement treatment for students.
  • provide leadership on matters such as complex clinical cases, professional learning, recruitment, service allocation and inter-agency liaison.
  • provide professional learning on language development, communication and swallowing disorders to schools, families and community groups.
  • contribute to the strategic direction of DECYP’s student support services.
