Program Summary – Homebuilding
The Homebuilding Intern will be placed within the of the Division’s Land verticals and gain exposure to five key areas of the business by participating in training opportunities throughout the internship. The program will facilitate participants’ essential interpersonal and technical skills development and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding, hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may return to Lennar for full-time opportunities, such as the Future Builders Field Management Rotational Program.
Responsibilities by Role:
Land Development Intern
Assist with land development projects from permitting approvals and construction to community turnover.
Support the supervision and scheduling of subcontractors and consultants for day-to-day operations in the field.
Participate in the delivery of new projects according to construction schedules, contract documents, land development budgets, environmental studies, and reports.
Requirements:
Graduating from a 4-year College or University (between December 2025 and May 2026, preferred)
Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar degree.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $18.00 - $22, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and oApply for this role
