The Team Leader reports to the Manager, Enterprise Imaging Applications Team, as part of the Information Solutions Clinical Applications Team. This role provides oversight and leadership of the Enterprise Imaging Applications Team for the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of all applications within the portfolio.  The Team Leader directs and oversees the priorities, activities, and goals of the people, process, projects and technology components of the Enterprise Imaging Applications Team.  The Team Leader is also responsible for providing excellent communication and support to their customers.

Job Description

The Team Leader reports to the Manager, Enterprise Imaging Applications Team, as part of the Information Solutions Clinical Applications Team. This role provides oversight and leadership of the Enterprise Imaging Applications Team for the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of all applications within the portfolio.  The Team Leader directs and oversees the priorities, activities, and goals of the people, process, projects and technology components of the Enterprise Imaging Applications Team The Team Leader is also responsible for providing excellent communication and support to their customers.

Additional Job Description

Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:

A bachelor’s degree and five years directly related experience (IS or clinical); or a high school diploma and nine years directly related experience or a Masters’ degree, and 3 years directly related experience required (IS or clinical). Must be at least an Analyst II or III from an internal candidate. Must possess strong interpersonal, project management, analytical and communication skills. Application-specific certification(s) preferred. Team Leader experience preferred around imaging applications.

Provides operational leadership for analysts, overseeing daily activities and team performance. Ensures workforce planning, professional development, and high-quality customer support while collaborating with the Manager to address operational and HR challenges. Candidate will possess experience managing a dynamic imaging environment. Experience with Sectra PACS, Hyland Acuo VNA, Hyland NilRead, Nuance PowerScribe, MagView industry standard image post processing and reporting tools, and an understanding of radiology workflows preferred. This position will serve the Lancaster market facilities.
