<p><strong>Senior Director – Data Governance, Modelling and Engineering Lead</strong></p> <p><strong>Barcelona, Spain.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong></p> <p>Lead the enterprise-wide data governance and engineering strategy and execution to build a trusted, scalable data foundation. This role shapes frameworks, platforms, and practices that ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance - empowering smarter decisions and innovation across the business.</p> <p><strong><u>Your Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and enforce a robust data governance framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and data ownership models. This involves defining data domain structures, stewardship roles, and chairing or contributing to the Data Council for strategic decisions on data initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead initiatives to improve data quality and consistency for critical data assets. Implement enterprise-wide data management practices and golden record hubs to unify core data.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee data cleansing, standardization, and resolution of data issues to maintain a single source of truth for key data entities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee the engineering of data pipelines, integration solutions, and data platforms.
