What You Will Do

Discover dynamic strategies for business triumph through efficient management, perpetual enhancement, and strategic foresight. Gather and assess vital operational, service, and performance data to unveil patterns and opportunities for advancement. Anticipate future achievements, orchestrating precise project blueprints for seamless implementation of enhancements and remedies. Navigate novel business requisites with adept problem-solving, suggesting optimal resolutions.

• Collaborate with Process Owners, Sector Leads, and Leadership to align on future process capabilities/enhancements, forming a comprehensive roadmap.

• Offer valuable insights, industry best practices, and guidance for solution design on the platform.

• Engage with customer experience teams, stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to comprehend workflows and extract requirements.

• Identify process gaps and make crucial design decisions, involving stakeholders and product delivery groups.

• Understand legal entity flow requirements, encompassing currency, statutory, legal, and indirect Tax needs.

• Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and well-prepared for the process release, working alongside relevant stakeholders.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Minimum of  XX years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in management, computer science, engineering or a related field

• Experience with Salesforce platform for products (Billing, Sales/Revenue Cloud) or Oracle ERP applications

• Experience, or at least an understanding, of agile.

• Good understanding of business models/processes like Subscription, Perpetual(HW/SW), and Term Licensing 

• Experience developing systems strategy, road-maps, process flow diagrams, systems requirements, and designing and implementing practical business solutions.
