Budget Analyst - Appropriated Team Leader

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to organize, plan, direct, and review the work of team members. ** Knowledge of the Federal budget process and financial management practices and procedures including planning, formulation, justification and execution. ** Knowledge, experience and ability utilizing information technology systems. ** Knowledge and experience of program and support functions in an organization. Ability to gather, compile, and analyze financial information. Ability to interact collaboratively with others across the organization and provide liaison support in consolidating or resolving high level financial matters. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
