Job Description
We’re looking for a Mobile Performance Marketing Executive (French speaker) to join the app marketing team.
In this team you’ll share our mission of driving app user acquisition for the business through paid and organic media channels, driving innovation through experimentation across platform, channel, audience, creative and messaging.
You will have experience in setting up, optimising through data led decision making and scaling digital marketing channels such as Google App Campaigns App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & Snapchat alongside a working knowledge of digital ad tracking tools.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Budget reporting:
- Independently build and run campaigns to drive app activity:
Responsible for creating and executing advertising campaigns across various digital marketing channels to increase user engagement with a mobile app. The channels mentioned include Paid Social channels like TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and Meta/Instagram, as well as App PPC channels such as Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads (Would be great if you have experiences on some of these platforms) - Optimizing against core business KPIs:
You'll need to continually monitor and adjust your campaigns to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with the core objectives of the business. These KPIs could include metrics like user acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). - Identifying growth opportunities through campaign knowledge:
You should proactively seek outgrowth opportunities. This might involve exploring new ad formats, targeting strategies, or channels, based on your deep understanding of campaign performance data. - Ensure proper tracking of campaigns during setup and reporting:
You'll be responsible for setting up tracking tools to measure the impact of your campaigns and ensuring that the data collected is used for reporting and analysis.
Manage a testing roadmap:
- You'll need to be comfortable running A/B tests and conducting pre/post analysis for bid strategies and audience targeting, ensuring tests are set up to produce actionable and statistically significant results.
- Ensure delivery of daily campaign objectives:
This involves making sure that your campaigns are running smoothly and achieving daily objectives. You will need to adjust budgets, bids, or creative elements to ensure that your campaigns are on track to meet their goals. - Manage reporting with a 3rd-party provider:
Your role would involve collaborating with these providers to ensure that reporting is accurate and provides actionable insights.
Monitor and manage platform budgets - reporting on pacing & performance:
- You would be responsible for overseeing and controlling the budgets allocated to various advertising platforms. This involves keeping a close eye on spending to ensure that campaigns stay within budget and optimizing allocation based on performance and pacing.
