Together with the DeamHack Festival Product Team, our vision is to create the best gaming festivals worldwide. We believe your organizational, communications, and technical skills will help us take our events to the next level.</p><p>The Senior Event Manager reports to the Director DreamHack Festivals Operations and will be part of our Festival Project Team.</p><p><em>The ideal candidate will be working out of our office in Stockholm, Sweden.</em></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul> <li>Work closely with the Project teams to build large-scale events including both DreamHack festivals and esports events.</li> <li>Ensure that events meet the operational requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure and monitor that the event maintains the correct standards of health and safety, security, and applicable legal regulations.</li> <li>Support the projects in the planning phase with operational and logistical support, and work as a springboard for project resources to discuss creative ways to solve operational tasks.</li> <li>Plan and lead the construction on-site at events. Lead both internal and external staff to ensure smooth setup and execution.</li> <li>Foresee emerging problems or looking for appropriate ways to solve them.</li> <li>Plan with the project, that the processes are ready for crowd and risk assessment.
