What You’ll Do
Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:- AP Operations Management: Lead end-to-end AP processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. This is not a “keep the lights on” role — it is an opportunity to design the future state of AP: a lean, technology-driven function leveraging Bill.com, AI, and NetSuite, with manual tasks minimized and processes automated end-to-end.
- Process Design & Transformation: Redesign AP operations to reduce manual intervention and leverage automation. Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure AP efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Partner with Accounting and FP&A to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting
