Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a Global Total Rewards Consultant, Corporate. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Global Total Rewards Consultant will directly support the corporate functions, including finance, IT, HR, communications, legal and strategy, with individual and group compensation matters. This role includes leadership of various enterprise wide recognition and compensation programs, and global coordination of core total rewards processes.
Corporate Total Rewards Partner
- Directly support HR partners and functional leaders with individual and group compensation matters.
- Lead annual incentive plan linkage review and employee mapping.
- Coordinate salary planning process for the corporate functions.
- Lead the annual compensation administration process for corporate employees globally with oversight of annual merit, bonus modifiers and long term incentive awards.
- Support the organization’s pay transparency and pay equity processes for corporate employees.
Reward & Recognition Program Management
- Leadership of various enterprise total rewards programs, including program strategy, communication and promotion.
- Annual program and reward level reviews.
- Vendor Management
- Supervise day-to-day inquiries and issues and monthly reporting and invoicing
Enterprise Total Rewards Process Coordination
- Coordination of core total rewards processes.
- Leadership of job architecture profile management.
- Annual market pricing and survey participation.
- Vendor management for survey data and analysis.
- Ownership of global compensation guidelines.
- Coordinate enterprise data collection and analysis for various projects and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
- 6+ years business experience, emphasizing broad based compensation and international exposure is highly preferred.
- CCP certification is a plus.
- Self-directed with critical thinking ability.
- Accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proven experience in critical thinking and project management. Ability to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
- Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing work to balance various competing responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and matrix environment; ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Excellent leadership, relationship building, and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Travel: 2-3 weeks annually.
