Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

Summary/Objective:

The Loan Delivery Specialist II is responsible for delivering mortgage loans to Elevations’ investors.  This position is part of the Secondary Marketing team, which is responsible for mortgage pricing, interest rate risk management, loan sales, and delivery of mortgage loans to investors. 

Essential Functions include:

• Supports resolution for loan delivery issues.
• Prepares documents and files for delivery to custodian.
• Updates loan origination system with loan sale data.
• Compiles upload data files for transmission to mortgage investors.
• Assists in month-end close by reconciling mortgage accounts and preparing reports for loans sold.
• Reconciles and manages extended lock deposit general ledger account.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

• 1+ year of financial, business operations, or similar experience
• Excel capabilities including the ability to analyze large sets of data
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
• Ability to interact with others in a positive manner, either in person or by phone
• Detailed oriented with ability to multitask

Preferred Skills, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Mortgage experience
• Basic understanding of the secondary markets for mortgages and mortgage interest rates

Work Environment:

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects

Expected Hours of Work:

Full time / 40 hours per week 

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

Compensation Information:

 

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $22.06 and $27.58 per hour, plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
