DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

• Designing the deployment architecture and fine-tuning it, ensuring performance, scalability, failure resilience, monitoring, backup, fail recovery and disaster recovery.
• Configuring the Case Management Framework in an efficient and sustainable way (ensuring efficient management and re-usability of configuration).
• Using the interoperability capabilities of the Case Management Framework to design and support for implementation of the necessary integrations with local and corporate information systems.
• Sharing their knowledge about the Case Management Framework with members of the project team and assist them when necessary.

The following services will be provided:

• Map business requirements to the features/capabilities of the Case Management Framework;
• Define configuration and customisation strategy and approach, ensuring their efficient management and reusability;
• Support the customisation and development of the case management solution according to the client’s needs;
• Definition and customisation of CM solutions implementing specific business instruments;
• Implementation of custom workflows and screens as needed
• Analysis and modelling of data;
• Participate in pertinent meetings;
• Produce the relevant documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Architecture
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud.
• Good knowledge of applications design and modelling tools.
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
• Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
• Good redaction skills.
• Ability to give technical presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural.

Due to the nature of the client, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• Experience in IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Foundation, IBM Daeja Viewone, IBM Datacap, IBM Docs
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS
• Experience in MS Office Integration
• Experience in architecture and design of information systems
• Experience in developing secure web applications
• Experience in Apache Maven or equivalent
• UML (Unified Modelling Language) or equivalent, case tools.
• Agile, Scrum or similar methodology.
• Object Oriented design patterns, e.g. Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)

Desirable expertise in the following domains would be an asset.

• Java/J2EE technologies and architectures.
• Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA.
• Front-end frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or similar.
• Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.).
• SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience with JIRA and GIT
• BPML 2.0

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:

Following certificates & standards are an asset for the performance of tasks:

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
