University, Front Office Program Analyst
Booz Allen HamiltonAbout the role
The Opportunity:
As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you will assist with the creation, revision, routing, and tracking of all types of program documentation in support of a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary technical office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). You will solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by applying basic principles, theories, and concepts, possessing limited working and general industry knowledge. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring more complex issues to higher levels. You will prepare and send routine correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner via email, mail, and telephone. You’ll coordinate with teammates to provide quick-turn responses to client data calls and provide additional administrative duties as required. You’ll grow your programmatic expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each program's success. From working with your team to creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll help deliver meaningful programmatic support.
The real impact of this Front Office Program Analyst role comes from clear communication to ensure the office's programs achieve their goals and meet our high-quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence meaningful programs while learning how to develop and maintain the office strategy.
Work with us and help us as we improve the programmatic process, enabling our mission-critical customers at DARPA to develop technologies that give national security leaders trusted, disruptive capabilities to win in all physical domains, including air, space, sea, and land, and across the spectrum of competition, from deterrence to high-end peer combat.
