Senior Financial Accountant (Hybrid)

<p><br/></p>We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with high-performing teams while also taking ownership of critical financial tasks independently.<p><br/></p><h3><strong>ABOUT MANNA</strong></h3><p> At Manna, our mission is to improve the world by making high-speed suburban deliveries affordable, green, and safe. We design and build our aviation-grade drones to deliver food and other items directly from restaurants, centralised kitchens, and local stores to consumers’ homes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>STUFF YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR </strong></p><ul> <li>Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed commentary on variance analysis and key performance indicators</li> <li>Working capital management, cashflow forecasting </li> <li>Tax and statutory compliance preparations and submissions</li> <li>Oversight of all accounting operations such as accounts payable, treasury, outsourced payroll, and maintenance of TB/GL for all entities</li> <li>Ensuring strong internal control procedures and preparing annual audit schedules, liaising with the Audit Field Team </li> <li>Supporting the delivery of multi-year financial forecasts, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly trading forecasts</li> <li>Formulation and presentation of financial presentations to Senior Management </li> <li>Supporting senior management in the evaluation of proposed commercial action and wider strategic options </li> <li>Contributing to the greater finance team's role in driving and improving the quality of financial analysis including ad-hoc projects such as the implementation of an ERP and other key back-office support systems</li> <li>Liaising with internal and external teams </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Qualified Accountant with minimum two years’ PQE ideally with month end close &amp; Statutory Accounts experience</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and IT Savvy</li> <li>Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills </li> <li>Energetic with positive can-do attitude.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task, must have a “can do attitude”, work on their own initiative coupled with a restless dissatisfaction</li> </ul>
