What Makes This Role Great:

This isn't a traditional marketing, sales, or product role. You'll be the architect of our company's story, bridging the gap between our powerful technology and a compelling narrative. Your mission is to immerse yourself in the complex realities of our products, our customers' challenges, and our vision for the future of logistics. You will distill this complexity into a simple, powerful story that resonates across the industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Be the Source of Truth: Dive deep with product leaders, engineers, and customers to uncover the fundamental problems our products solve and the transformational value they unlock.

• Develop the Core Narrative: Author and codify our foundational story—the central source code from which all other messaging will be compiled.

• Create a "Story Cascade": Develop narrative branches tailored for every context, from a one-sentence opener to a full 30-60 minute keynote presentation.

• Partner and Equip: Work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to embed this narrative into every facet of the business, from sales enablement to recruiting materials.

• Evangelize and Refine: You'll be a key voice in high-stakes presentations, using these opportunities to hone the message and build momentum with customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated mastery of storytelling through strategic communications, brand strategy, journalism, or a similar field. A portfolio of your work is required.

• The ability to rapidly synthesize complex technical and business information into a clear, simple, and emotionally resonant message.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to act as a poised and compelling presenter.

• Executive presence and the ability to be a trusted advisor to our executive team.

• A strong understanding of logistics technology, operations, and enterprise software.
