The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical driver of Resilience's growth, responsible for connecting the company's bold mission in life sciences manufacturing with the exceptional people needed to deliver on it. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional hiring teams, this role goes beyond filling seats — it's about shaping teams, building talent pipelines, and influencing how the organization grows. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, a consultative mindset, and a genuine passion for matching outstanding talent with meaningful work that ultimately impacts patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process that results in a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, including search strategy discussions, interview team preparation and debrief sessions, and the use of behavior-based interviewing skills and assigned competencies.
• Build critical cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and other teams across Resilience.
• Develop and implement search strategies, ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against defined criteria.
• Make appropriate offer recommendations and execute an effective closing approach.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to design creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional and equitable candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve the talent acquisition function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Recruiting experience within a biotech, pharma, or life sciences organization.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring teams throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• Ability to operate with high velocity and provide clarity in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
• Experience sourcing and closing candidates across levels ranging from entry-level to senior management.
• Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.
• Customer-service and solutions-oriented focus with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience recruiting within a startup or high-growth company environment, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, resource-constrained settings where priorities can shift quickly.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
