Job Description
We are currently seeking a Consumer Protection Risk Assessment Senior Associate for a 9-month contracting opportunity.
Location: NYC or SF preferred
Project Length: Until 12/31/2024
Compensation Range: This role will compensate $90-100/Hr depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.
Hybrid working: 2/3 days at client site
Responsibilities
- Assist with design and execution of the Consumer Protection Risk Assessment, including:
- Defining consumer protection risks and assessing inherent risk levels
- Mapping risks to existing controls and documenting controls
- Assessing strength of controls to determine residual risk
- Assist with identifying and documenting compliance gaps and corrective action plans
- Assist with development and oversight of complaints and disputes processes
Qualifications
- Experience with consumer protection requirements, including UDAAP and Regulation E
- Experience with transaction disputes and consumer complaints
- Experience performing risk assessments
- Experience documenting and evaluating compliance controls
- Bachelor's Degree
