Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team! Ideally, our new patient coordinate thrives in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. This position will work between our nearby Webster, MA and Dayville, CT practices. If you are customer service focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference patients' lives-we can train you!
As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.

What you will be doing:
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service
• Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Answering phones with enthusiasm
• Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
• Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
• Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
• Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
• Keeping the reception area clean and orderly at all times
• Checking and verifying patients' insurance
• Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications
What qualifications you bring:
• You have previous customer service experience, ideally in a dental office
• You are computer proficient
• You are professional
• You have a positive attitude and are a team player
• You are flexible and willing to help out as needed
• You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
