Academic Hospitalist Physician - Cleveland Medical Center

The Department of Medicine/Division of General Internal Medicine at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center is seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine trained physician to join its Hospitalist faculty. Clinical work includes precepting and teaching residents and medical students while attending on the General Medicine Hospitalist teams and the General Medicine Consultation service. The position facilitates professional growth as a clinician-educator and provides opportunities to engage in Quality and Process improvement initiatives. Teaching activities include bedside clinical instruction and participation in didactics, journal club and Morbidity & Mortality conferences.   

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
• Must be skilled and provide evidence of proficiency in procedures associated with hospital medicine
