IT Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for detailed business requirements analysis, process documentation, systems analysis and end user testing and data validation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Eriez IT technical team to introduce new software systems or modify existing software systems to support the business.
• Evaluate new feature enhancement to existing software and determine impact of the new functionality.
• Work with business department personnel to evaluate process impact and implementation of new functionality.

• Evaluate and document business processes and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency and workflow.

• Conduct meetings with business and IT teams to share findings and recommendations.
• Develop detailed requirements analysis to support optimization efforts.
• Work with IT team, end-users and management staff to ensure appropriate solution.
• Perform data validation and user acceptance testing.
• Develop, document, and publish end user procedures.
• Manage projects, develop plans, monitor performance, monitor competing resources and priorities, monitor deliverable schedule and timely completion of project.
• Support Help Desk as a Level 2 resource to business applications.
• Remain current with the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Data analytics and Business Intelligence tools experience.
• Knowledge of general scripting and query languages.
• Microsoft Azure and Cloud fundamentals.
• ERP Systems (Oracle E1).
• Microsoft Products (Sharepoint, CRM, SQL Server, O365).
• Development (NodeJS, React, REST, Web Services).
