CCB Home Lending – Vice President, Consumer Originations One Chase and Affluent

Overview:

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing.  We’re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions – all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

Home Lending offers responsible choices throughout the home buying process through our online tools and advice. Whether purchasing a first home or vacation home, refinancing an existing loan or tapping into a home equity line of credit, we offer comprehensive services to help homeowners at every stage of their journey. Centralized Sales specializes in customer retention and new customer acquisition refinance transactions, purchase money mortgages, eCommerce originations, Corporate Relocation, and Home Equity in all 50 states. Leads for Centralized Sales are sourced from centrally managed Chase.com, direct mail, media advertising, cross sell efforts, statement programs, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Manage implementation of large, complex business initiatives utilizing project management discipline, which includes but isn’t limited to:

• Strategize and develop solutions
• Present business cases and obtain approval for projects
• Organize project teams and facilitate project meetings
• Develop, monitor and implement project plans to meet implementation timelines
• Status update to Senior Management
• Liaise with various functional groups across the firm – Legal, Compliance, Finance, Training, Communications, Technology, Quality and Controls

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of related project management/strategic support partnering with sales
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills
• Ability to work in teams and to interface with managers and staff
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and creative problem-solver
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and keep all parties apprised of developments
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, Project and Power
