Job Description:

The opportunity

Talent Acquisition Team, which is a part of HR Operations, supports recruitment processes for several European countries. As a member of TA Team, you will be responsible for an administrative support of recruitment, like job posting and interview scheduling etc. You will have the opportunity to experience working at a global company, improve your foreign language skills and gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience with HR tools.

How you'll make an impact

• Supporting the Team in HR recruitment processes: job posting, interview scheduling, background check etc.

• System maintenance (Workday)

• Cooperation with Talent Partners and Managers

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later

• You have an interest in HR as a function (no previous experience required)

• You are fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of Swedish language is a plus

• You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word)

• You have good attention to detail and are able to work flexibly in different tools and in various HR fields
