Your day-to-day as a Senior Recruiter with us:
- Enthusiastically represents Turning Stone Enterprises by communicating the opportunities and advantages of working for Turning Stone Enterprises during interviews, tours, on-site and external recruiting events.
- Manages the candidate journey from end to end to include initial screens, interview scheduling, extending/negotiating offers, pre-employment processing scheduling, and perform other additional steps as needed on the hiring process.
- Conducts daily targeted outreach based on the desired talent profile using multiple sourcing tools and avenues and convert them to initial screens, interview scheduling, extending/negotiating offers, pre-employment processing, and perform other additional steps as needed on the hiring process.
- Develop and drive strategies to build deep and diverse talent pipelines. Builds effective professional networks locally, regionally and nationally, to leverage in filling positions.
- Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the external talent landscape through market research and competitive intelligence gathering; educate business leaders accordingly to achieve optimal results.
- Cultivates internal talent by following processes related to the internal company posting process and the assessment of applications for current team members.
- Consults and provides guidance and direction to Talent Acquisition Recruiters regarding sourcing and search strategy.
- Uses the applicant tracking system in accordance with established SLA’s, data standards, processes and procedures. Tracks and analyzes number of initial screens, hiring manager interviews, candidate fall-out, and hires; pro-actively provides updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Proactively communicates with hiring managers, including organizing and leading introductory meetings for new searches, and regular scheduled recruiting update meetings. Works cooperatively with the leadership of assigned departments. Has working knowledge of wage rates, headcount (FTEs) and general recruiting challenges of the department.
- Coaches hiring managers, on interviewing, selection and the hiring process when required. Provides interview questions to participants in the selection process when needed. Completes satisfactory reference checks as required or requested.
- Reviews and updates job descriptions before posting to ensure content accurately reflects position responsibilities and requirements.
- Demonstrates familiarity with compensation and benefit programs. Accurately communicates programs to candidates during the recruitment process. Partners with the People Operations team and presents necessary information to drive decisions regarding recommendations for offers.
