Where we hire:This role can be located in California, Washington State, Massachusetts, Texas or New York.
Your next career:The Senior Director of Product will lead our fabric core commerce services product management team by driving innovation through features and enhancements while establishing strong operational standards and rituals that effectively drive the product roadmap. The core focus of this role is to ship fabric’s core commerce services to deliver a differentiated value-added solution for mid market to enterprise merchants. This role has high visibility and must be able to establish strong business presence while building collaborative relationships with critical stakeholders and builders, including: the executive suite, customers, builder teams (Design, Engineering), Marketing, Partnerships and Sales. You will take ownership of the roadmap for the entire Commerce Platform product suite, including Cart & Checkout, Pricing, XM, Subscriptions, and Loyalty, and future commerce solutions

Responsibilities: - Leads a Product team and is a key influencer and collaborator with stakeholders, strategic business partners and the builder teams to meet and achieve fabric’s commerce platform vision strategy and business objectives.- Defines, owns and executes the product strategy and roadmap, and standards and rituals to drive value for our omnichannel merchants.- Possesses strong ownership by setting bold goals and measures, overseeing the implementation of the roadmap and effectively prioritizing resources to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely manner with quality.- Partners with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to build extended products and features that complement the commerce platform, driving additional revenue and loyalty from customers.- Presents and leads conversations with executives, builder teams, and stakeholders about the vision and strategy for the product roadmap- Owns quarterly and annual goals & objectives setting for the commerce platform – building discipline around prioritization, tracking progress, customer research, and measurement, and iterating it to improve market performance.- Manages a team of product managers and matrix manages builder resources across several teams and geographies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is preferred.- 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a product leadership role as a Director+.- Breadth and depth of eCommerce and product management knowledge and experience. - In-depth understanding and application of Agile practices. - Product Marketing skills and experience. - Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior ROI—from business strategy development through deployment.- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills.- Ability to define process improvements, org structure to help achieve long term business performance and efficiency.- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional pr
